MISSIONS

By connecting artists from different backgrounds and across social, political, and cultural borders, we curate spaces for knowledge-sharing. Within these spaces, artists' practices can further develop to address contemporary issues, promote cultural exchange, provide access to art, and raise public awareness of the artist's role.

VISION

Our vision is to help create stronger art communities and foster more experimental, collaborative, and interconnected local infrastructures. Our exhibitions, educational programs, and research initiatives continue to empower new voices, open conversations within society, and integrate art appreciation practices into daily life.

To make the art world more accessible to everyone, our goal is to emphasize art access, raise public awareness of the artist's role, and integrate art appreciation practices into daily life.

About Founder

My name is Ping Ho

I am an artist-curator passionate about fostering vibrant community engagement through art. I run a non-profit organization that serves as a dynamic hub for artistic expression and dialogue. My experience working with institutions, museums, and galleries has created inclusive platforms where diverse voices can thrive. My art exhibitions spark conversations, pop-up events that ignite creativity, and educational programs that empower emerging artists. Through artist talks, research initiatives, and networking workshops, I connect artists and curators, breaking down barriers and building bridges. Self Reflection

Reflecting on the journey of creating Arte-World has been an eye-opening experience for me. It has illuminated the complexities of starting a business and the sheer amount of passion required to bring a vision to life. Through this process, I have gained invaluable insights into entrepreneurship and have come to appreciate the dedication and resilience it demands.

One of the most significant realizations for me was that while I am passionate about fostering community dialogue and expression through the arts, I don't necessarily see myself as a freelancer or a traditional business owner. However, this project has equipped me with the essential tools and knowledge to pursue such paths should I ever choose to do so in the future.

Moreover, the personal finance aspect of this project has been immensely beneficial. It has provided me with a practical checklist of steps to take once I enter the workforce, ensuring that I am financially prepared for the challenges and responsibilities ahead. This knowledge has empowered me to take control of my financial future and has instilled a sense of confidence that I am actively working towards my goals.

Furthermore, engaging in this project has shifted my perspective from merely dreaming to taking tangible steps towards my aspirations. It has shown me that I am capable of turning my ideas into reality and has given me a sense of purpose as I prepare for the opportunities and challenges of the real world.

Overall, the experience of creating Arte-World has been transformative. It has not only deepened my understanding of business and personal finance but has also sparked a sense of purpose and direction in my life. I am grateful for the lessons learned and excited for the possibilities that lie ahead.
